The information that you transmit to us when you order products and services online is used to process your order and to execute your contract.
All registered information concerning personal profiles is kept to process future orders.
The personal information asked for designated by an * is necessary to process your order. Without this necessary information we cannot process your request.
With your authorisation your email address will be used to inform you of our new products and services and promotional offers as well as those of our partners –in either case through our intermediary. Other personal information, such as your postal address, telephone number…. can be transmitted to a third party which will communicate its personalized offers to you without the intermediary of Walibi.
In conformity with the law, we shall communicate your GSM number to partners likely to send SMS only if your consent is explicitly stated in the questionnaire.
You can oppose the use of personal information for promotional purposes by sending a written request to that effect to the Compagnie des Alpes (89 Rue Escudier, 92772 Boulogne-Billancourt, France) or by sending electronic mail to info-wbe@cda-parks.com.
In the case of delivery by DHL of products ordered on our site, the information necessary for delivery will be communicated to them.
We neither treat nor register any financial data (credit card number, expiration date) concerning you. This data is registered directly on the Ogone site which applies its own policy of protection of personal data.
Data concerning connection (IP address; country; date, hour and time of connection, pages visited ….) are processed for statistical purposes and to improve the site and the service we offer you.
2. Right to access and correction
Upon presentation of a written request dated and signed and addressed to the Compagnie des Alpes (89 Rue Escudier, 92772 Boulogne-Billancourt, France – info-wbe@cda-parks.com) any party justifying her/his identity may obtain free of charge a written communication of personal data concerning him/her as well as, if applicable, the correction of inexact, incomplete or irrelevant data.
3. Security of personal data
The Compagnie des Alpes pledges to make every effort to protect your personal data, to avoid its being deformed, damaged or communicated to an unauthorized third party. Any user registered on the site shall be accorded a user’s name and a password. The user pledges to respect the confidential character of her/ his user’s name and password.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
Belgium: Walibi Belgium
Article 1 – Field of application
Walibi Park Belgium is a subsidiary of the Compagnie des Alpes. Official headquarters are located in Wavre, Belgium. Contracts drawn up by the intermediary of the site of Walibi Belgium are concluded directly with Walibi Belgium.
The here-mentioned general conditions of sale are to be applied to all contracts concluded by the intermediary of the site of Walibi Belgium between Walibi Belgium and a third party, subject to article 4§4 and articles 6 and 8 which are not applicable to a professional buyer.
If the contract is concluded with a consumer, the here-mentioned general conditions of sale apply only if they pertain to a contract in absentia as specified in article 77,§1, 1°of the law of 14 July, 1991 concerning commercial practices and information and protection of consumers. Consequently, the present conditions do not apply if, during the pre-contractual phase, the two parties encounter each other physically.

The buyer is either a private consumer or a professional.
The consumer is defined (according to article 1, 7° of the law of July 14, 1991 concerning commercial practices and information for and protection of consumers) as any physical or moral person-- who acquires or uses for any means excluding professional ones--products or services presented by Walibi Belgium.
The professional is any person who is not covered by the definition of article 1, 7° of the law of July 14, 1991.
Article 4 § 4 and articles 6 and 8 concerning the here-mentioned general conditions of sale are not applicable to the professional buyer.
Article 3 – Offer
Information concerning the products or services which can be purchased on the site of Walibi Belgium constitute a sales offer. Without explicit mention to the contrary, the offer is valid as long is it is present on the web site.
However, Walibi Belgium cannot be held to an offer which, for circumstances beyond its control, could contain errors.
Article 4 – Establishment of the contract
§1. Steps to be followed to conclude the contract
To conclude a sales contract, the buyer must complete the six steps involved in of an order:
-first step : “Purchase on line”: the buyer selects the product(s) or service(s) and the desired quantity.
-second step: “Sign up”: the buyer identifies himself indicating her/his user name and password. If she/he is not already identified, she/he completes a questionnaire.
- third step: “Identity of card/pass holder”. The buyer fills in the information concerning the other receivers involved in the order. She/he should include photos for holders of passes/cards permitting entrance to the park. She/he chooses between several possibilities to furnish the photos (immediate downloading, downloading within 7 days, sending by mail, leaving at the ticket office)
- fourth step: “Delivery”: the buyer chooses between delivery by ordinary mail, express delivery, or withdrawal at the ticket office. Ordinary mail and withdrawal at the ticket office are free of charge, whereas express mail is billed to the buyer. The time required for each type of delivery is mentioned on the site. To purchase tickets online, the buyer can download--directly after validation of his payment—the ticket or tickets in . pdf or jpg. format. The tickets are to be printed on A4 paper in black and white or in color.
- fifth step: “Summary”: a recapitulation of the order comes up on the screen with the following information: order number, product(s)/service(s), final price, address and means of delivery. The buyer should accept the general conditions of sale to which a hyperlink is proposed. The buyer should confirm her/his order.
- sixth step: “Payment”: the buyer selects the means of payment. The bank information furnished is transmitted directly to the Société Ogone which manages and assures the security of online payments. Walibi Belgium is not informed of the information concerning the payment. A message informs the buyer of acceptance or refusal of payment.
The steps leading to the conclusion of the contract are proposed in the following languages: French, Dutch, English.
§ 2 Acceptance of the buyer.
The acceptance of the buyer is accorded on the recapitulative page which appears on the screen in step 5: this step allows the buyer to correct eventual errors and to confirm his order.
§3 Conclusion of the contract.
The contract is considered to be concluded once the seller receives the confirmation of the order of the buyer.
§4 Dispatching the confirmation.
At the time of delivery at the very latest, the seller sends to the consumer a confirmation of the order covering the following elements: name and address of the seller, price of the product(s) or service(s) purchased including cost of delivery, type of and address of delivery.
Article 5 – Electronic means of proof
Within the context of their relationship, the parties accept electronic means of proof, such as electronic mail and registering through computerized systems.
Article 6 – Payment
The buyer pays the price of the purchases through an instrument of payment authorized by Ogone. The means of payment is directly managed by the Société Ogone. None of the information concerning the payment is transmitted to Walibi Belgium.
Walibi Belgium declines all responsibility relative to the process of online payment.
Following the process of payment, the buyer receives either a message of confirmation or, if a problem occurs, a message inviting him to re-initiate the process of payment.
Article 7 – Reimbursement Policy
7.1 Once the client has made a purchase, the ticket or tickets cannot be exchanged, re-sold, or reimbursed.
7.2 A purchased ticket cannot be reimbursed for any reason, even if the ticket has not been used by the client.
Article 8 – Delivery
§1. Choice of delivery
The buyer specifies in his order the type of delivery preferred. If he chooses delivery by postal services, no additional cost will be added. If, on the other hand, he chooses delivery by an express transporter, the cost of delivery will be charged to the buyer.
Concerning season tickets, the buyer can also choose to pick them up at the ticket window of the park free of charge.
For online purchases, the buyer can download the ticket or tickets in .pdf or jpg. format directly after validation of payment. The tickets are to be printed on A4 paper in black and white or in color.
§2. Delivery deadlines
Walibi Belgium pledges to deliver the order within the deadline specified in the order. Walibi Belgium pledges to inform the buyer of an eventual delay in delivery independent of their volition. Excluding circumstances beyond their control, if the delay exceeds by 30 days the deadine initially set for the delivery, the buyer can renounce the purchase without penalty and will be credited the sum of the purchase.
§3. Risks
The expedition of products and documents certifying services (pass/cards attesting to admission to the park) takes place at the risk of the seller.
Article 9 – Respect of intellectual ownership
The rights of intellectual ownership of the site and its components belong to the Compagnie des Alpes or to a third person. The sales contract concluded between Walibi Belgium and the buyer does not accord to the latter the right to copy, reproduce, download, send, transmit or distribute any elements of the site of Walibi Belgium.
Article 10 – Protection of private life
Rules concerning respect of legislation concerning protection of personal information are described in the privacy policy.
Article 11 Applicable Law and legal jurisdiction
Any dispute concerning the site of Walibi Belgium falls under the jurisdiction of Belgian law. Only the courts and tribunes of l’Arrondissment de Nivelles are authorized to judge such matters. In the event of a dispute, a printed version of the aforementioned general conditions of sales and any appendages provided in electronic form will be accepted in any judicial, extrajudicial, or administrative procedure.
