Where can I buy my admission tickets for Walibi Holland?

You can obtain admission tickets from the Walibi Holland cash desks. In addition, admission tickets can also be purchased in advance in various locations: VVVs (Tourist Information Offices), ANWB outlets (Royal Dutch Tourist Organisation).

You can also buy your admission tickets online.

Can I still use my unused admission tickets from 2011 in 2012?

No, it is not possible to use admission tickets from the previous season for the current season. They also cannot be exchanged for cash.

Is it necessary to reserve admission tickets?

No, it is not necessary to reserve admission tickets, but it is possible to buy your admission tickets online in advance. It is necessary to reserve admission tickets for a group discount (from 20 people), however.

How can I obtain a Walibi Holland information leaflet?

If you would like to receive a Walibi Holland information leaflet and/or map, you can request it by e-mail.

Mail your request to info@walibiholland.nl, and we will send you the desired information as soon as possible.

What special discount actions are currently running?

Walibi Holland never announces any special discount actions for Walibi Holland in advance.

Is it possible to obtain information about (new) attractions?

No, Walibi Holland does not release any (technical) information about (future) attractions. If you would like to keep up-to-date on what’s happening in Walibi Holland? Simply subscribe to our newsletter.

Are all attractions in the attraction park open when it rains?

All the attractions remain open during rain showers, including the roller coasters! We only close our attractions for safety reasons in cases of heavy downpours, thunderstorms or storm winds. In most cases, this will only be for a short time. As soon as the shower is over, everything runs in top gear again!

Can I submit a sponsoring application to Walibi Holland?

Requests for sponsorship, free tickets, or for the provision of Walibi Holland articles can be submitted by e-mail.

Walibi Holland makes every effort to ensure that you have a great day out. If this has not been your experience, we would very much appreciate hearing this from you.

Am I allowed to use my skates in the attraction park?

No, roller-skates, skateboards, scooters, bicycles and other vehicles are not permitted in the park.

Are there any particular clothing rules in the attraction park?

Yes, with a view to safety and hygiene, both adults and children are obliged to wear shoes, (short) trousers and a T-shirt.

Are there any bungalows in the vicinity of Walibi Holland?

Yes, Walibi Holland has its own holiday park. The Walibi Holland holiday park has 4-person and 7-person bungalows available, as well as a campsite.
