BABY CORNER and pushchairs
A baby room is located in the toilets in the château, where mothers can feed and change their babies.Sometimes children are tired of walking... we can therefore provide pushchairs for hire at "La Boutique". This means that big brothers and sisters can carry on having fun whilst the little ones take a nap in their cute buggies. |

Disposable cameras and films can be found in the park shops. |

PICNIC in the park
It is forbidden to picnic in the park but we have provided a lunch area for picnics close to the park entrance. |

PAYPHONES
Telephone booths using cards (available in the shops) can be found at the park reception. |

LOST CHILDREN
Lost children are immediately taken to the reception desk at the park entrance and catered for. Parents beware : give your telephone details to your children in case they get lost to avoid unnecessary stress. |

LOST AND FOUND ITEMS
Any lost object should be declared at the reception. Objects found in the park should also be taken to reception where they will remain until their owner comes to claim them. They will remain available for consultation at the information desk for one week. |

DISABLED GUESTS
For special access to the various rides in the park we recommend you go to the park reception desk. |

PREGNANT WOMEN
For safety reasons pregnant women are strongly discouraged from some rides. In order to avoid being refused access to rides we recommend you talk to the member of staff responsible for each ride. |

PHOTO POINTS
The park has two photo points: one on the radja river and the other on the Drakkar so that you can take an unforgettable memento of your emotions on these rides home with you. |

CASH DISPENSERS
The park has a cash dispenser next door to the Lot et Garonne information desk |

At all of the park's sales points you can use chèques vacances in euros. |
